"Canopy Dreaming Part One"

from $100.00
Original x Prints:

The Story

This piece is an exploration of vibrant energy winding its way through a tangled, tropical dreamscape. The electric outline gives the snake an incredible neon pop, separating it beautifully from the chaotic, mixed media jungle in the background. To build this dense undergrowth, I used hand embellished collage papers and pieces sourced from a collection of National Geographic magazines I have been gathering for fifteen years. It is a continuous loop of color and movement, drawing the viewer deep into the painted canopy.

The Original

Owning the original canvas means experiencing the true depth of the collaged foliage and the bold, tactile brushstrokes that make up the neon serpent.

  • Medium: Acrylic and vintage paper collage on canvas

  • Dimensions: 36×24”

  • Framing: Professionally framed and ready to hang

Shipping and Care

Original fine art requires specialized packaging to ensure it arrives perfectly safe. Please allow up to three weeks for this one of a kind piece to be carefully prepared and shipped directly from my studio.

The Print Details

As a working artist, managing an open online shop every single day takes me away from my core purpose. To ensure I have the dedicated time needed to focus on my original paintings and my community work through Creative Pathways, my print shop is only open for short, intentional windows throughout the year.

This artwork is a strictly limited edition. The collection is capped at:

  • 10 prints at 16×24 (Hand Embellished and Framed)

  • 10 prints at 16x24 (Unframed)

  • 20 prints at 8x12 (Unframed)

These prints will be available during this current open window. Whatever remains will simply be held in the vault until the next time I open the shop doors. However, once these specific edition numbers are fully claimed across my shop openings, this artwork will be officially archived and never reproduced in these formats again.

The Hand Embellished and Framed Edition

For a truly unique piece, you can choose the 16x24” hand embellished edition. I will personally bring the reproduction back into the studio to add subtle layers of acrylic texture and transparent color, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike. To protect the original texture and elevate this exclusive tier, these specific prints are elegantly matted and come professionally framed, arriving ready to hang on your wall. The final outer size of this framed edition is 20x28”. Because of the physical studio time and custom framing this requires, I am strictly limiting this option to an edition of 10.

Shipping and Processing

Please allow up to three weeks for processing standard prints, and up to four weeks for the framed editions. These are custom printed to order, and I want to personally ensure proper care and high quality attention to the creation and shipment of your art.
