Host a Sketchbook with Creative Pathways

Hosting a sketchbook is a simple and impactful way to inspire creativity in your community or workplace. Whether you're a professional artist, a teacher, or a business owner, a sketchbook offers a unique opportunity to foster connection, exploration, and collaboration.

Sketchbooks can be hosted in a variety of settings, such as:

  • Professional Artist Studios: Work on the sketchbook on your own or share your space and invite others to contribute to the creative process.

  • Retail Locations: Engage customers by offering a hands-on creative activity.

  • Corporate Break Rooms: Spark innovation and teamwork among colleagues.

  • Public Events: Provide an interactive element that draws attendees into the creative experience.

  • School Classrooms: Encourage students to explore their artistic potential through collaborative sketching.

How It Works
As a host, you'll receive a sketchbook free of charge, complete with prompts and instructions to get participants started. You can use the sketchbook for 1-3 months, then return it to Creative Pathways for inclusion in our traveling art collection.

Where We Have Been

Who We Have Worked Wtih

  • Beth Bailey

    Whitman, MA

As Founder and Creative Director, Beth personally reviews every Sketchbook that returns from an event or artist. She and her family actively contribute to each one. While the Sketchbooks are with her, Beth carefully selects and cuts collage materials from their pages, which are later incorporated into the Greeting Card Project she leads in various communities. Beth is the sole person who cuts from the Sketchbooks, ensuring to leave parts of the original pages intact so that future participants can draw inspiration from them. This approach allows the Sketchbooks to evolve continuously, creating a labyrinth-like experience as you flip through their pages.
